Purpose, Mission, Vision

McKinsey is a Realtor, Real Estate Investor, Adjunct Professor, and Senior Human Resources Professional. He launched his real estate journey in 2017 as an agent and currently has 5 units under his portfolio spanning Philadelphia to the Jersey Shore. With his partner Paul, he co-founded Camden Castle Investments with the goal to build a 250-unit portfolio by 2030. McKinsey manages the day-to-day operations including finding, analyzing, and recommending properties to acquire. 

McKinsey began and grew his professional career with Target Corporation, The Sherwin-Williams Paint Company, Unisys Corporation, and United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey in operations and Human Resources. In his roles, he has managed millions of dollars, large teams, and has supported business units all over the world.

• 2017 - Purchased first home with the goal to convert it to a rental property within 3 years
• 2017 - 2018 - Completed Real Estate Class to earn Pennsylvania Realtor license 
• 2018 - Started career as a Real Estate Agent at Cooper Hill Brokerage in Philadelphia 
• 2019 - 2020 - Completed self-paced Real Estate Investor classes 
• 2020 - Converted Condo into Rental Property - self-managed

• Q4 of 2022 - Camden Castle Investment, Purchases 1st “shell”,  set budget, raised private capital, architect submitted drawings for city approval and permits, General Contractor secured, project timeline reviewed and agreed on, Insurance broker secured construction insurance on the property
• January 2023 - Philadelphia approves Single family to multi-family convert (3 units)  
• February 2023 - Demo permits approved and released - Refurb has begun, projected completion date May 1, 2023, projected annual rent $45,600, projected annual NOI $26,550 including 10% vacancy rate & 10% management fee 

Paul is an Audit Partner at ACS and serves various industries such as mortgage banking, private lending, private equity, debt collection services, manufacturing, distribution, and asset-based lenders. His services include financial statement audits, internal control analysis, sub-servicing oversight, quality of earnings, LEAP Filings, etc. With his partner McKinsey, he co-founded Camden Castle Investments with the goal to build a 250-unit portfolio by 2030. Paul manages the company's financials including budgets, relationships with private investors/banks/lenders, and he handles payouts and all tax filing requirements.

Paul began his professional career with Amper, Politizner, and Mattia (currently EisnerAmper) in the commercial audit practice. With EisnerAmper, Paul worked in various industries including distribution and manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, insurance, PEOs, and REITs. At EisnerAmper, Paul assisted in SEC filing and registration statements.
